WE ALSO BELIEVE HIGH VOLTAGE < QST DE W1AW = ELECTRICAL LINES GENERATED HARMFUL RF INTERFERENCE WITH THE NVIS ANTENNA AT HEADQUARTERS, HINDERING COMMUNICATIONS. MASSIVE HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL LINES THAT PROVIDE POWER TO THE SKI LIFTS WERE LESS THAN 100 FEET FROM WHERE WE STRUNG OUR NVIS ANTENNA. SUMMARY NVIS WAS A HUGE SUCCESS THE MOUNTAIN THAT PREVIOUSLY HINDERED DIRECT 2 METER VHF COMMUNICATION WAS RENDERED MEANINGLESS.
