Join ARRL’s renowned Lab team as a Senior RFI Lab Engineer and play a pivotal role in protecting the Amateur Radio spectrum.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on engineering expertise with problem-solving at a national level—investigating, testing, and resolving cases of radio frequency interference (RFI). You’ll serve as a key technical resource, collaborating with the FCC, manufacturers, utilities, and international standards committees to drive solutions and safeguard spectrum integrity. Ideal candidates will bring strong knowledge of RF systems and EMC principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Amateur Radio, with the opportunity to expand their credentials to an Amateur Extra Class license.
