This program service was discontinued in 2025 as the ARRL VEC department moves to a completely digital program. The Technician exams will change on July 1, 2026 therefore our VE teams will be required to use the ExamTools system for either online examinations or to print the new exams if they wish to continue in-person sessions using paper exams. This will be the new procedure as we are no longer printing or shipping booklets from ARRL HQ. At each pool change, teams will have to print new exams as the question pools will continue to update.
